Terms of Use
The rules for using CareerPilot AI. Please read them before creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, requesting a free analysis or using any part of CareerPilot AI, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. What CareerPilot AI is
CareerPilot AI is a career acceleration platform offering AI-assisted CV analysis, job matching, LinkedIn profile review, CV building and an application tracker. It is a tool to accelerate and organise your international job search. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, visas, relocation or employment of any kind, and no result is promised.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. The price and billing cycle are shown before you confirm the purchase. Prices may change, and any change applies only to future billing periods after we notify you. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Usage credits are granted per billing cycle and do not carry over.
5. Refunds
If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of the charge under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, and we will refund it in full. Outside that window, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Products sold by third parties through the marketplace are refunded by the seller, under the seller's own policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, copy or resell the platform; scrape or automate access outside the features we provide; upload unlawful content or another person's personal data without their consent; submit false information to employers through the service; or use the platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
7. AI-generated content
Analyses, scores, suggestions and message drafts are produced by automated models and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Always review them before using them. You remain responsible for everything you send to an employer, including the accuracy of the information in your CV and profile.
8. Autopilot and outreach
Outreach messages are prepared as drafts and always require your explicit approval before anything is sent. We never send bulk or automated messages on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you approve and for complying with the anti-spam and messaging rules that apply to you.
9. Marketplace and third-party content
Ebooks and services listed in the marketplace are sold, delivered and supported by third parties, including Elevate Group through Hotmart. We only link to them: the seller is responsible for delivery, support and refunds of those products. Third-party providers we rely on — such as Stripe for payments, Brevo for email and our AI providers — operate under their own terms.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its brand, interface, source code and original content belong to CareerPilot AI. You keep full ownership of the content you upload, such as your CV and profile data, and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the features you requested.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CareerPilot AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost job opportunities or decisions taken based on AI-generated output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or applicable law. You can close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your personal data.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use CareerPilot AI after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may bring a claim in the courts of their own place of residence.
