How CareerPilot AI collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Data we collect
When you request a free analysis or create an account, we collect the details you provide: your name, email and LinkedIn URL. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe — we never store your full card details. When you create an account we also record the date you accepted the Terms of Use, which version you accepted and the IP address it came from, kept solely as evidence of that acceptance.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in (cp_token), remember your language (NEXT_LOCALE) and your cookie choice (cp_consent). Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity) only run after you accept them in the cookie banner; you can decline and the site keeps working.
How we use your data
We use your data to deliver the analysis you requested, manage your subscription, send relevant emails through Brevo and improve the product. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under LGPD and GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will respond.
